Rufus and Delilah Dog Walking is featuring Nelson as the Los Angeles cat adoption of the week. Nelson is “On the road again” looking for a FuRRRRever home. In honor of the The Rescue Train‘s 10th Annual Rescue For The Races going Country, Nelson was named after country singer, Willy Nelson.
Nelson is a cute, cuddly and intelligent country kitten. With his striped coat, Nelson is amusing, clever, and affectionate. He will be a wonderful companion for a lucky adopter or family. He is extremely playful, friendly by nature, and he loves to explore. He will follow you around like a puppy and may even teach his human to play fetch with him which would be a lot easier than teaching this country kitten to play guitar or how to rope cattle.
Nelson is 14 weeks old, has had his first round of vaccines, and tested negative for FIV/LUK. He will be neutered and micro-chipped before being adopted.
He is looking for a person or family with whom he can cuddle in bed, who will allow him to be the center of attention, and who will allow him to snuggle in your lap, and rub against your legs when he wants some love and affection. He loves his brothers and would make a great playmate in a home with an existing cat.
Nelson, his momma and 6 kitten litter-mates were rescued from living under a shed are all safe now on The Rescue Train. The Rescue Train is a non-profit no kill organization dedicated to eliminating animal suffering and euthanasia through hands on rescue work, dedicati0n to spay/neuter, education and awareness.
