Mr. Dreamy aka Quiva is quite forgiving of humans considering some ‘humans’ sloppily cut off his ears and he was never allowed inside his house which included several family members and two small dogs. He enjoys going for walks, but his greatest enjoyment seems to be sitting next to a person he trusts. He loves treats and knows the commands for ‘sit’ and ‘down’ to receive what is offered. His pal, Sherry, a long time volunteer at the East Valley Animal Shelter says he has a way of looking at you with his golden colored soulful eyes that make you want to give him the world. Yet, Mr. Dreamy aka Quiva would be happy with a soft pillow to rest on placed near the feet of a person or family that will commit to him for the rest of his life. In turn, he will be a wonderful, loyal companion. It is likely that he is housebroken. And, while he hasn’t shown any aggression towards any dogs in the East Valley Shelter, being an only dog might suit him just fine.
