Sara Pauly

Top Dawg

Being the “Top Dawg” at Rufus and Delilah brings me more joy than I could have ever imagined. I take pride in being able to provide our clients with peace of mind and their pets with all the love and attention they deserve.

Originally from San Jose, CA, I grew up surrounded by dogs, horses, lizards, snakes, fish, and birds. Most of our family vacations were spent going to museums, zoos, and all sorts of interesting outdoor activities. Through this, I developed a deep love for all animals and for the outdoors. This love, along with my extensive customer service experience from managing restaurants, has made Rufus and Delilah my dream job! I am committed to providing amazing customer service, attention to detail, and safe and loving care for your pets. You and your pets are my number one priority!

Sheena Leigh

Office Staff

A Midwest girl through and through, Sheena grew up with 3 retired greyhounds, a few snakes and a cat lady’s worth of kittens running around at all times. After college at Hofstra University in New York Sheena followed her artist’s heart to Los Angeles where she worked as a dog groomer in an animal rescue for a few years. By night Sheena is a professional dancer, live event and video producer. By day she’s mom to her 70lb Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix, Teddy Bear.

Sara Weldon

Office Staff

Originally from Ann Arbor Michigan, Sara grew up around dogs and horses. She started 4-H at age 11 showing dogs, horses, sheep, and goats. She always had a family dog but at age 16 she got her first puppy, an Australian Shepherd named Braylee. After getting a BFA in Acting and competing on the Equestrian Team at Michigan State, Sara moved to Los Angeles where she’s been for four years. Currently in Sherman Oaks, she is pursuing acting and is CPDT certified in dog training. While Braylee is living out her golden years on 5 acres in Michigan with her grandma, Sara has her hands full with her 3 year old Shepsky, Wolfie, her cat, Sylvie and her horse, Marvel.

Dog Walkers & Pet Sitters

All of our dog walkers go through an extensive interview process and are given work based on their prior pet care experience. We match our clients with the dog walker and/or pet sitter that is the best fit for their pet. Clients always get to meet their pet care provider first and we always have a backup in case the primary care provider is unavailable.
